2. Eligibility – Only individuals who meet the eligibility requirements (age, location, health, and consent) may participate. Proof of eligibility may be required.

3. Prizes – Cash prizes are awarded only to participants who successfully complete the designated survival challenges as outlined in the app or digital scroll. Failure to complete or early withdrawal from a challenge results in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

4. Filming & Media Use – By participating, challengers consent to being filmed, live-streamed, and having their likeness, voice, and performance recorded and broadcast on YouTube, social media, and affiliated platforms. All recordings remain the sole property of Blinn Media Inc.

5. No Guarantee of Earnings – Participation in the app or challenges does not guarantee winning prizes. All prizes are subject to challenge completion, verification, and official rules.

6. App Experience – While the app integrates with real-world exploration and livestreaming, Blinn Media Inc. cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, AR accuracy, or third-party platform performance (e.g., YouTube).
