Terms & Conditions – Surviving the Unknown
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Surviving the Unknown mobile application, website, and related services (collectively “the Platform”) operated by Blinn Media Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in survival challenges or claim prizes.

• Users under 18 may use the app in limited “exploration” mode with parental consent, but are not eligible for cash prizes or filmed challenges.

2. Participation & Challenges

• Participation in challenges is voluntary and at your own risk.

• To unlock challenges, users must locate hidden items (e.g., Skull with Scroll, Golden Owl) and scan the associated barcode.

• Once a challenge is accepted, you must complete it under the specified rules to claim any prize. Leaving or failing to complete the challenge results in disqualification.

3. Prizes

• Prizes vary depending on the challenge and may range from in-app rewards to cash payouts (up to $250,000).

• Only verified users meeting eligibility criteria may claim prizes.

• Prizes are subject to successful challenge completion, review, and compliance with these Terms.

• The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel prizes at its discretion.

4. Filming, Streaming & Content Rights

• By participating in a challenge, you consent to being filmed, live-streamed, recorded, and broadcast via YouTube, social media, or other platforms.

• All footage, recordings, and related materials are the exclusive property of Blinn Media Inc. and may be used for promotional, commercial, or entertainment purposes without further approval or compensation.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to:

• Engage in cheating, tampering, or GPS spoofing.

• Harass or harm other participants.

• Attempt to access restricted areas of the app or servers.

• Upload or transmit harmful or illegal content.

6. Safety & Liability

• Participants are responsible for their own safety during challenges.

• Do not enter restricted, private, or dangerous areas without permission.

• Blinn Media Inc. is not responsible for accidents, injuries, property damage, or other consequences of participation.

7. Privacy & Data

• User data (location, profile info, verification details) may be collected to operate the app.

• Data will be stored securely and used only for gameplay, prize validation, and community interaction.

8. Termination of Accounts

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, disrupt the community, or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Modifications

• These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Florida courts.
